RECRUITMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS (RENOTIFICATION) - ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS
Before starting to fill up the form, please ensure that you have the following
A scanned copy of recent passport size photograph (JPEG/JPG format not exceeding 100 KB)
Certificates/Documents related to
- OBC(non creamy layer)/SC/ST/PH/VI/LD if applicable)
- Educational qualifications, Experience related documents
Only online payment facility to pay Application Fee through Net Banking/Credit card/ /Debit card is available. No offline payments are accepted.

A Candidate can apply for any number of positions from the same link Apply Positions.
If required, a candidate can send an advance copy, if there is any delay in sending through proper channel. Incomplete Applications or Applications without success payment are liable for rejection.
If there is any payment failure and amount deducted, the payment will be updated within 2 working days. Last minute payment failures will not be entertained. If there are any double payments, then one payment will be refunded based on the request sent by mail.
This portal is best viewable at wider screen. As number of table columns are more in some of the pages, either wider display / monitor can be used or wider screen resolution may be selected in your system settings or browser screen size may be reduced to 75% for better view.
It is better to type your contents in the input fields. Copy paste from Internet or Word / PDF Document will have special characters which will affect your input. As a suggestion while pasting research paper title etc, it can be copied from your source and pasted in Notepad first and then it may be copied again from Notepad to paste it where ever you want to add.
Online Application Steps
Step 1
Please click sign up to register with name, password, a valid mobile number and email address. The registration id will be sent to your email address on successful completion of registration.
Step 2
Once registered, you can login to the recruitment portal with your email id as user name & password set by you. Password reset option is available, the new password will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 3
A candidate can apply for more than one post but the candidate is required to fill the application information only once. The same information will be used for any number of positions the candidate wishes to apply. Fill PART A of the Application Form which requires the personal information, qualifications, experience, etc and it is compulsory for all positions.
Step 4
Preview and Submit will show the complete details of the filled in application. Carefully go through the contents and then give final submit. The contents cannot be modified after final submit.
Step 5
After final submit Choose for positions at Apply Positions link, type the Post code in search box and click Apply button to proceed for online payment. Once the payment is successful you can see the details of the position applied in your dashboard. The PDF of the application will be available with some of the essential documents. You can print the PDF, sign on all pages and send by post to the address given below so as to reach before the last date.
